Virginia Dare Opens New Product Development Laboratories
Virginia Dare has completed the new product development laboratories at the company’s Brooklyn, NY, headquarters facility. The 500 sq. foot addition includes new laboratories dedicated to sweet goods and beverage applications, and a beverage pilot plant with a state-of-the-art UHT beverage processing installation. The new sweet goods laboratories will provide additional workspace for recently expanded staff of experienced food technologists and flavorists.
